Roamio Remote Buttons

I just received my new Roamio Pro and the remote is slightly different.

They added a new button "Back".

Why would they add a specific button to return to previous screen when the left arrow does the same function?

Also, does anyone use the "Zoom" button?
I haven't run across a need for it, but others may have.

I never used the Zoom button, until I read a thread about it here. Now, I use it all the time to return to a recorded show from the guide.

(I am unable to find the thread now, it was discussing a TiVo survey that included questions about the zoom button.)

I use it infrequently when viewing an SD channel. It cycles you through various screen formats.

I use the zoom button a lot, especially when I watch SD content transferred from my S2 to my Premiere.

The Back button was added for new apps that use HTML5.

I rarely record in SD anymore since most channels are available in HD now.
So, other than SD, the zoom button has no real function?
Supasta, thanks for the tip! I was wondering how to get out of the menus and back to a recorded show I was watching with Tivo switching to LiveTV. I was pressing the guide button twice to go into and back out of guide from menus which put me back to the recorded show playback.

I suspected the Back button was for future use since the IOS Tivo App remote doesn't have the back button yet.

The Zoom button will do the same thing in those apps.

On my Slide remotes I use the Zoom button in the apps and I use the Zoom button alot when watching Tv. Since i use the preview window so zoom brings it back to full screen.
