CableCARD/Tuning Adapter Issue Charter Rancho Cucamonga, CA
I am having an ongoing issue with my Tivo Romeo Pro tuning in certain premium and premium HD channels on Charter Rancho Cucamonga's switched digital system.
Additionally I am only able to record 4 shows, not 6 at a time.
My CableCARD is Cisco and the firmware is OS Ver: PKEY1.5.2_F.p.1601
Charter has been out over a half dozen times and switched out the CableCARD and Cisco Tuning Adapter over and over again.
When everything is rebooted I get all of the channels but within 20 minutes they start dropping. Even the ones that seem stable, can randomly drop and I end up with a recording of a black screen.
Charter is blaming Tivo.
How can I have resolve this ASAP?
