Have to call TWC every time i reboot?
So got my tivo box last night, had TWC help program it. Worked then i tried a HD channel which caused tons of static and froze my screen.
So i rebooted the device and channels weren't working, so i called TWC and i now had 0 emm count. The tech on the phone says whenever you restart a tivo it will auto go to 0 and you have to call each time to have it fixed?
