About a month ago I started having problems downloading from Amazon with my Series 3, but at about the same time I was having hard drive problems so didn't think much of it.
But now with a new Roamio, I am still having the same problem. I have linked/unlinked/re-linked the new Tivo to Amazon's website and went through all the troubleshooting steps I can find on Tivo/Amazon's websites, but still nothing.
I did replace my DSL modem about a month ago, but am almost certain I was able to download one movie prior to having this problem.
Any suggestions on what to look at?
