Can I use a Mini on an analog TV

It has only 1 jack for video and 1 jack for audio(not the normal RCA jacks)

Yes. With mono TVs you can either hook up the white cable and leave the red dangling, or you can buy a combiner like this...

And you will also need the TiVo breakout cables.

What is a "Tivo Breakout cable"? I have normal component cables and I have separate yellow video cables and separate RCA cables

The Mini doesn't have standard RCA ports on the back. To save space, it just has a 3.5mm jack for composite video/audio and component video output, so you need a special "breakout cable".

TiVo sells them directly on their website, but if you only want the composite video cable and don't care about the component video cable, you can probably find it cheaper on another website like ebay.
