both of my premieres keep freezing weekly - requiring a restart. it happens between 9pm and 11pm. i have DTAs connected to the tivos. Both have software version 20.2.2
I read somewhere that I can try disconnecting the dtas from the units to see if that is the issue. Right now, I subscribe to the hd package. No pay channels. If i disconnect the dta, will the hd package remain? will I loose channels?
Any other suggestions as to why the tivo's keep freezing?
