Missing Channels - Charter
Premier - Charter with Tuning Adapter(TA) and CableCard.
I was receiving all my subscribed channels last week. This week a few HD channels show the screen that it is searching for a signal. On one of the channels I happened to see a weak signal come and go (pixelated for a few seconds then 0 signal, repeat a few times.)
I have used both tuners to test signal under the TA, DVD Diagnostics screen and neither tuner sees a good signal.
The DVR and TA have been power cycled and Charter has sent a reset to the TA. The truck should be here this afternoon.
Is there any chance this is a TiVo issue and not a Charter problem? What issue/how should I check for TiVo issues?
