Not so sure about the "actually". I bet this requires a tuning adapter. Good luck with TWC properly provisioning (authorizing, balancing, ... whatever) your account and the TA being reliable. I wish I had another choice other than TWC -- would gladly give up a "few channels".
You are aware that promotions run for one year and then they can do whatever they want with your rate? I'm on a TWC promotion and they just raised my rate $6/mo with no advance notice
. When I asked they said they never give advance notice of rate increases on promotional rates. I might be able to threaten to cancel, get transfered to a "retention specialist" and get a lower rate -- but for $6/mo (and no certainty of any reward for the effort -- other than being embarassed if they call my bluff about cancelling), it just isn't worth the hassle
