Each of those .VOB is the video stream but the actual movie video is on multiple .VOB files in sequence. You would need to concatenate them into a single file with Windows, you would need to go to a CMD command prompt window and go to the folder its in and do
"Copy vts_01_0.vob+vts_01_1.vob+ vts_01..... (etc) Movie_name.mpg"
Where (etc) runs on until all the rest of the .VOB are listed (most VTS files are only about 1 GB with the final file being smaller.) You may also get extraneous video as well, all due to the DVD extra features. This also happens to DVDs for TV series where multiple episodes would run on into the next VTS files.
What I do is use DVD Decryter in IFO mode which extracts TV episodes into a single .vob file without extraneous video, same with movies.
