channel line up issue, comcast/tribune

zip code 33063, comcast digital margate
channel 408, to be announced

408 is national geographic wild HD.

zap2it does not have a listing for it.

has been this way since I upgraded and got more channels, about 3 months.

message sent to tribune and to nat geo a few weeks ago.
Nothing happened. Hoping someone from tivo has a number I can call.

thanks.

contacting the actual channel can be very hard, but seems to work the best.
I sent a few mails out to NG and that got me a response from zap2it...which obviously worked.

yes. I have tried the tivo form..and have called before.

but as I have had about 40 channels to fix in the last year I find that going to the actual channel is the best way. Tivo would have to have 100 reps working 24 hours a day to fix all the issues across the country I am sure.

Anyone in the comcast margate digital area in florida are loving me...that channel lineup was so drastically bad..I might have been the only tivo comcast user in this area...

All is fine now, finally...until I update and get more comcast because viewing 'all channels' shows a ton more messed up...
