Netflix issues?

For a couple of weeks we haven't been able to stream NetFlix using our TiVoHD.

We can stream with Wii's, PCs, AppleTV, Oppo, and various other devices, but when we try and start the NetFlix interface on the TiVo it just eventually times out back to the now playing screen.

Network connection is good, can download podcasts (ie CNet episodes), Pandora works, but nothing with NetFlix works.

Any suggestions? Or anyone else having problems?

Try deactivating Netflix for the TiVo, wait a little while, then re-activate. Don't remember the exact details or whether you do this on the TiVo or on the Netflix site.

Try a reboot on the Tivo?

Also doublecheck your Netflix account to make sure that the TiVo is still listed as an active authorized device.

Reboot TiVo

I have had exactly this problem for about 2 weeks now. Rebooting my TiVo HD solved the problem, for a few days. Then it happens again, and I have to reboot again.
I finally got tired of this and bought an Apple TV just for watching Netflix. What a difference! User interface, picture quality, and sound greatly improved. I wish I had done this earlier.

I had to deactivate the TiVo through the TiVo interface and reauthorize through the NetFlix website. Working now.....don't know what caused the issues......oh well.
