Wink NeoTV Netgear a force to recon with?

Guys I just looked over the video for this item and it looks very tightly put together and for far less than a TiVo, matter of fact it's pricing model resembles that of a Roku. Also since Tivo and all internet appliances use the Google .api code the Youtube player is nearly identical.

The only reason to buy a TiVo is because you want a DVR.

If all you want is a media streaming device get a Roku 3 or an Apple TV they are the best 2. I have streaming media devices from Roku, Western Digital, and Netgear and the Netgear is the worst however I do not have the newest one. Frankly what I find the most useful in my HTPC.

atmuscarella is right, this has little to do with a TiVo DVR. This seems like another one of these posts with no connection to reality where someone picks up a (sort-of) new piece of technology and instantly proclaims that it's magic and will change the world, and then everyone has to bring them back into reality that it's just like 5 other things, and won't change the world after all.
