Amazon app lost my payment info

I've used the Amazon app on Tivo several times before but when I tried to purchase a show from my THD tonight, I got an error message saying I needed to set up a digital payment method. I was directed to the Amazon website and had to reselect my credit card info and PIN number. Anyone else see this?

I'v eneve rhad my payment info lost, but everytime I register a new TiVo I need to enter a new PIN. Although I use the same one, but still it always requests for me to enter a new PIN the first time I access Amazon from a new TiVo.
