My S3 suddenly thinks my service is not active
My S3-- as of a day or two ago-- no longer thinks it has active service. Looking on tivo.com, my account is in good standing and that box was last billed for monthly service on 5/27. There was a network outage 2 nights ago, but aside from that it's phoned home every day, including this afternoon.
Has anyone run into this before? I tried calling TiVo customer service just now but they're closed for the evening.
