TIVO Series 3 transfer to DirectV TIVO DVR

Sorry if this is redundant, however, I am considering terminating my Series 3 TIVO account for a DirecTV Tivo DVR package. The question is; can I transfer the recordings from the Series 3 to the DirecTV DVR while the the TIVO account is still active?

No. The DirecTV TiVo does not support MRV.

Well, hang on. Does it support downloading content from an external server via any other protocol? If so, then it can be accomplished, just not in one step. The OP would have to transfer the programs to the external server via TTG, convert from .TiVo to some compatible format, and then download to the DirecTV DVR.

I could be wrong, but I don't believe it does.

I assumed that the OP knew they could be transferred to the computer. If the computer has the space, that's what I would do. They could always be converted to a format that could be played on a DVD player.

Is it an OLED S3? Would you like to sell it for parts?
