My TiVo (Humax Series 2, with DirecTV channels through separate receiver) is missing large amounts of guide data on many of the channels. It seems to vary, but the data in most cases seems to be missing starting after 4-4:30 pm this Thursday (4/26), and the schedule doesn't resume until sometime Saturday afternoon.
I've already made one forced phone connection to the service today, as well as allowing the already-scheduled call to go through, but it doesn't seem to fix the missing data.
My mother also has a Series 2 (not Humax), but the guide data on her machine seems to be intact. We're both aware of the 8-day limit in guide data we're now receiving because of the satellite lineup (I found the reason why the limit on this site, thanks to this community).
Needless to say, this is affecting several Season Passes this week. I really appreciate any help you can give me.
