It's unclear if you are saying that you have one Tivo or two. You can always connect the composite outputs from the standard Tivo to a set of inputs on your HDTV. You would, of course, need an RF signal splitter to feed RF to both Tivos. The non-HD Tivo would disply in a 4:3 box on your HDTV unless you forced it to stretch to fill the 16:9 display. That makes everything look short and wide because the aspect ratio is distorted.
