Sorry for the confusion.
Our support article is incorrect and we'll be editing it as soon as we can.
The version you want for XFINITY VOD is 20.2.0a.
There's no such version as 20.2.a.
If you're running a version of 20.2 (without the .0a) then you'll need to be updated to 20.2.0a before you'll see the new VOD menu item. This will happen automatically if you're in the eligible area.
