lots of Web Videos Missing

Tivo Hd. Have not yet checked the Elite... but just noticed that several of the VOD Web Videos categories are missing. This includes the Hd category and the Custom Url category. For the categories still there, the remaining categories seem to be missing lots of previously available feeds.

Wondering if Tivo fixed something server-side?

Anyone else seeing this?

I just checked my TivoHD and also found that virtually all on demand videos are now missing from the Video on Demand menus. Particularly noticeable was the lack of any CNet videos. The missing shows can still be found and managed on tivo.com here, so I hope that means this is only temporary!

I just checked my Series 3 OLED and it still has all the videos listed properly. So perhaps this problem only affects TivoHDs.

I just checked my TivoHD. I don't know how many there are supposed to be, but I've got 10 pages worth under the 'All' category.

Hasn't CNET canceled many of the web videos/shows (Buzz Report, Buzz Out Loud...)?

It's true that they are restructuring their efforts to new video on demand content and that The Buzz report,BOL, and others are going away. However those shows hadn't ended at the time they vanished from the VOD menus and it was all of CNet's content that was missing at the time, not just the about-to-end shows. Thankfully, things were set right in time for the final BOL and Buzz Report episodes to download a few days ago, and I was able to catch up on the other CNET videos that didn't download during the problem.

I hope the new CNET shows will automatically become available from the VOD menu when they launch. I believe Molly Wood's new show is supposed to launch sometime in June, so I guess we'll find out then.

Dunno... non-cnet shows were missing, too, along with the "Custom URL" option. Since it's all reappeared, probably some sort of server glitch someplace.

Yes, Molly said the new show was "replacing" BOL. I thought BOL was among the best shows they produced, mostly for the funny editorializing. I can't stand "Rumor Has It" and quite a few of the other "radio talk" format shows. However, it is easier for me to subscribe to the "All HD cnet" thank go through and pick and choose all the cnet content. So, I erase in progress of downloading or erase later. Let's hope the "replacement" for BOL is not as bad as Rumor Has It: two of the most annoying NASAL voiced individuals I have ever heard or SEEN! Is the second banana a male or female. She is the real living Pat from SNL!

I loved Rumor Has It.. It was hilarious... and I only found out about it after they'd done a bunch of them (so went back through the archives).
