Hulu Plus issue, maybe a bigger problem??

When I try to start shows on my Hulu Plus through Premiere it goes all fuzzy. I still have sound just bad video. I go back to my TiVo Central and it still has a bad picture but the sound is still good. Netflix, my shows, pandora all work fine unless I try to use Hulu first. So I have reset my system several times. First time I did this last week I lost my TiVo Central with show examples. The format now is very simple. Suggestions?? Thanks

That definitely needs to be reported to TiVo. If it's software they need to get to work on it, and if it might be hardware they need to swap your box.
