Bad remote?

The info button on my TiVo remote control doesn't work, but all the other buttons do. I mean, when I press the info button, the info bar doesn't appear on the screen. Do I have to replace this remote just for that? Or is there something I can do to fix it?

I should also mention that when I press every other button on the remote, the red light on the TiVo button flashes, but NOT when I press the Info button. So it's like the Info button is "dead". Maybe that just answered my question.....
