channels 8, 80, & 88 have disappeared

WIN channels 8, GEM 80, & GO 88 have disappeared.
This happened last night.
And of course because there is no way to get in contact with tivo by telephone.
I can't find out if it is a problem that is their fault.
I tried all the reinstall channel stuff but it hasn't worked.
Not having phone contact with us is practically a slap in the gob to us all from tivo.

What happens if you manually press 8 on the remote? do you get anything showing up?

Have you tried deleting all channels and re-scanning?

Do you know what signal levels you had prior to the channels disappearing?

Thanks for replying mate.
I found out from WIN television that a main antenna tower signal stuff up was getting repaired.
