To Be Announced

Comcast moved all of the HD channels in my area. I finally am able to view them but the programming information still says "To Be Announced." I was able to get the channels working Wednesday, been waiting for program information ever since. I have done the guided set up again, and connected to the TiVo service, still nothing. Is this something I can fix or do I just need to wait for the information to come through from my provider?

They probably already know and the delay is because of the holidays, but it can't hurt to tell them.

They fixed the issue for me when one of the HD channels I was getting always said TBA.
