Problem with my HR10-250..

I have a HR10-250 which rebooting almost once every day, so I replaced the drive with a new 320gb kit from WK. Now the rebooting problem has gone but have pixelation problem like if I have only 30-40% signal (in reality I get about 90-93%) my other T60 and HDVR2 is working just fine.

I don't remember if this problem is before or after installing the upgrade kit. The pixelation will begin from 1/2 to 2 hours after reboot, and will get worse with time, first begin with one channel then another and another, but not all the channels.

I have try the follow without any improvement:
a) With the case open and cooling it with a fan.
b) Shift from 1080i to 480i.
c) Exchange with the old original 250gb drive.

I also check the power supply to the HDD and has 12.1 and 5.2 volts DC. but power to the motherboard I didn't check it as don't know how to.

Is this strange problem cause by a bad power supply?
