HDMI Message

Whenever I connect the HD TV to the HDMI output of the Tivo (Series 3),
it briefly displays a message saying: "HDMI is not permitted",
yet the connection succeeds, and the video is shown on the HD TV anyway.

Is there any way to get rid of this annoying msg, since it's not even correct?

Yes, remove the DRM damaged HDMI connection and use component video cables.
