Tivo channel data for Globo International (brazil channel in USA) is not right.

The tivo channel guide data for Globo International (brazil channel in USA) is not right. Anyone seen this addressed? The channel guide is not even close to what actually appears. Im on Comcast/Xfinity in Atlanta. Thanks.

Have you posted about this on the tivo.com website? There's a webpage for posting such errors and letting TiVo know what's wrong.

I'll look for the link...

holy crap, I called tivo tech support and you would have thought I was explaining the theory of relativity to the dude that was helping me.. I posted in their support forums, and they don't even reply.. guess I have to Globo website and manually enter recording times.. pathetic.

he kept saying, "Im confused"... how can he be confused?!?! the channel data for THIS channel in the guide is wrong.. how hard is that to understand or solve?!?

I would have gotten the same results if I would have just imagined I reported it. Pitiful customer service. No resolution or even a followup e-mail.

1. Reported by link - nothing done

2. Reported by phone call - nothing done.
