it's well past time to have mobile or outside network access to basic tivo functions such as adding a show to record, deleting an item off of the to-do list, adding extra recording time to a currently recording show, and other functions.
no, going to the tivo website and choosing a show to record and then hoping the tivo connects to the network in time and hoping there isn't a conflict and waiting for an email response to find out if it worked is not adequate.
this should be available on the tivo.com website along with mobile apps for iOS, android and webOS.
