R10 can't detect 95 (other receivers work)

Hello all. At wit's end here.

I have two cables coming in that on a standard DirecTV receiver show both the 101 (regular channels) and the 95 (int'l channels) satellites.

But my DirecTV/TiVo R10 only sees the 101. I have tried all three possible settings (round, oval 2, and oval 3) and auto-detect satellite settings but the auto-detect always comes back with:

MULTISWITCH: No
101 detected OK

Not a word about 95.

(The multiswitch hardware must be fine because the same cables plugged into a regular DirecTV receiver do show all the channels and both satellites.)

Any suggestions? DirecTV's only solution is to "upgrade" me to a non-TiVo DirecTV DVR, which we all know is not as good. I would love to just be able to continue to use the R10.

Even their tech support admits that it should work... but they can't seem to get it to work. And TiVo tech support has no ideas either.

UPDATE: It has now worked. I don't know what you guys did but thanks.

What I did: made sure phone call worked, waited a day, then auto-detect, and it auto-detected just like it should. Miracle.
