new tuner or power supply problem?

After experiencing bad tuner/pixelization problems a couple of years ago, I had my HDVR2 overhauled by CCS in Feb. '09. In the past week I've noticed pixelation issues in the middle of the day only, then last night I transferred a program to dvd; the original recording was perfect but pixelation showed up on the copy. (I verified that the original recording was free of any pixelation, so the pixelation happened in "play" mode while the recording was playing and being copied.) Any thoughts?

Could a tuner or power supply have gone bad after only 18 months? (I am assuming that CCS replaced both tuners and the power supply when they did the overhaul).

I also have been having pixelation problems lately. i reset my system now my sat2 is completely out and sat1 is fine. this is now the third case i heard of, of this happening. strange?!?!
