Wow, looks like I'll only be watching ABC one night a week, Wednesday. V is a January replacement?

DH is a maybe. I watched this year, but it's getting boring.

Hmm...Dana Delany and Jeri Ryan in the same series.

That'll do.

So when does Mr. Sunshine air? Isn't that the one with Matthew Perry?

I was *so* hoping that DH would get canceled as I find it hard to give up on a series (although I did it with Heroes after the first couple of episodes this season and have not regretted it).

Castle is pretty good on Mondays.

Only 1 ABC show for me - Modern Family (although when V comes back, that'll be two). My wife does watch Grey's, Private Practice, and Brothers & Sisters, though.

I'm not sure what there is to feel guilty about...

I see your point. Let me recharacterize Castle as my "favorite feel-good show." Because it always leaves me smiling.

Well, almost always. Not last night.

Yeah looks like the same here.

Could depend on what the new shows are, but judging from titles alone I don't have much hope for any of the other nights.

It is okay, I know I like 3 of the 4 shows on Wednesday, so that is enough.

Edit: I might check out Detroit 1-8-7 because of Michael Imperioli.... but all these new shows will come down to the writing, so it is hard to predict.

I am a little concerned that out of the first three descriptions of new shows, two of them included something to do with a "documentary crew following"...

So we are taking the documentary style that has overrun comedy and now moving it off to drama. Not a bad thing in and of itself, as the writing will make or break these shows... but just disturbing.

Joely Richardson annoys me, so I don't think I will watch that cop/da show with Rob Morrow.

Finally reading those press release descriptions of the new shows are bothersome. The drama ones are cliched and trite, but the comedy ones seem to be intentional not funny nor portray anything that might even be accidently accused of being funny. Why would they write press releases for their new comedy shows and try to cover up the idea that they might be funny?

Of the lot, I'm most interested in No Ordinary Family, due to the presence of Julie Benz, whom I've loved since Buffy The Vampire Slayer and Angel, and the premise.

Other than that, Off The Map has Caroline Dhavernas from Wonderfalls in the lead role and Generation Y was created by Noah Hawley (writer/producer of Bones, creator of The Unusuals) so they're both on my radar.

She's not going to be on the series, as it turns out.
