Remote transfer of TiVo shows

I am trying to transfer some shows from one DV2 to another but when I try to view the shows that I want to copy from the receiving DVR I receive an error message that there are no recorded shows. When I physically look at the DVR that I would be transferring from the shows are there. Anyone seen this problem before?

Are transfers enabled for both DVRs on the TiVo website?

Do they both have the same media access key?

Are they both on the same account?

Are they both on the latest software version?
