Trying out OTA

Now that my Premier is up and running I'm looking at trying OTA, but I'm not sure where to start. Do I need a special antenna for HD channels or will any ole rabbit ears work?

We are using a 13 year old standard antenna that sits in our attic and pulls in our HD signals without issue. The transmission towers for our stations here in the Dallas/Fort Worth area are approximately 40 miles away and our stations have been crystal clear. We have only had our Premiere for a week now (Moved from DirecTV and the original R10 Tivo's) and it's been fanstastic!
