I have a tivo AT&T brand (before AT&T became comcast) 130-000-01E single tuner that does not power up and has a black screen with a red and amber light on in the front. There was a power outage yesterday and when it came back on there was a pop and that is what happened. Any ideas? Bad power supply perhaps? Don't know if it is worth it to fix it or if I should just get a new one.

I wouldn't try to repair it unless it has lifetime service.
