I've been searching YouTube for a Premiere unboxing video but have come up short.

I'll be a VERY boring video. DVR wrapped in a plastic bag, suspended mid-box by 2 expanded polystyrene supports. On top of the is a flat, generic cardboard box, containing the remote, batteries, HDMI cable, component cables*, audio cables*, manual.
*I think it had component and L/R stereo cables.

Really? There is no phone jack. Was it an ethernet cable?

Very odd, I'll have to look when I get home. But it still had the HDMI cable?
I don't know where they are manufactured, but I suppose you could get an old set of cables (for a TiVo HD, maybe) which still had the phone cable, but no HDMI. It's far-fetched, but could happen I guess.
