RCN-Boston handing out M-cards yet?

Any in the RCN/Boston service area know if they're reliably handing out M-cards when people request CableCARDs?

As recently as a year ago when I got my THD I got stuck with 2 S-cards even though I asked for an M-card (haven't bothered to exchange because (1) it works, and (2) it'll take a year or three of the rentals on the second S-card to add up to what a truck roll will cast).

Obviously, with a Premiere S-cards are not an option. Thus the question.

I have RCN in Needham and 2 THD's, both w/M cards and have had them for at least 2 years now.

It's always a gamble with RCN, but I recall not having to pay the truck roll fee for "adding" the service of a cable card.

If that's true, just sign up for a new cable card and then return the old one(s) when the guy comes or two days later by mail.
