I have replaced my DVD/TiVo units with HD's. I'm throwing up this post to see if anyone might be interested. I would prefer a Southern California buyer so I don't have to deal with shipping but I'm open.
One unit has no service contract but is in great working order. The remote needs to have a battery-ectomy. Since I used a universal I didn't notice a battery froze in place, but it still works and once I remove it it will/should be fine.
The other unit is also in like-new shape and has a working remote and lifetime service.
They both have original drives so they are both 80 HR.
I would be including the Component and Audio cables and I have all the original accessories once I gather them from the cabling box.
I'm not sure about pricing though, I should probably check ebay or maybe someone might be able to offer up a fair pricing range.
