TiVo Desktop 2.8 Runs VERY Slow...

I upgraded TiVo Desktop to Version 2.8 and it runs VERY slow on my PC. Version 2.7 was usable, Version 2.8 is not. It takes forever to just start up. I'm running Windows 7 x64 Ultimate. Has anyone else seen this?

1. Uninstall Desktop using the Remove All option.

2. Download, unzip and run the Cleaner utility (http://www.tivo.com/assets/exe/tivot...topCleaner.zip).

3. Reinstall 2.8 and let us know how it goes.

Thanks for the advice. Unfortunately, I already tried that... No help...
