Series 1 or 2 work with FIOS?

I have a Sony Series 1 without a cable box and a Humax series 2 (DVD unit) with a cable box. Both use IR blaster to change channels. I currently have Cablevision and want to know will this setup still work if I switch to FIOS?

There are no analog channels on Fios, so both of your TiVos will need boxes. My 540 works fine with a DCT-700 and IR blasters.

Thanks. My mistake. I only have 1 that uses IR...other one without the cablebox uses RCA cables.

The Series 1s have a built in IR emitter in their front.

You either have a cable box for each, one using IR cables, the other with the built in IR blaster, with at least one cable box feeding the TiVo with RCA cables, or only one cable box, and the other directly tuning analog cable.

In any case, you will need a box for each TiVo, likely the basic box. You might need an IR cable for the Series 1, however if you have Motorola boxes now, you likely just need to switch them out for the one Verizon provides you, and repeat guided setup.
