Yahoo, she's gone. Now, if we can just lose Liz, I'd be happy with anyone else winning.

There were some behinds the scene shots posted in facebook and one included a picture of Abby using this:

http://alter-g.com/

Interesting device. Allows you to run on a treadmill while only supporting part of your weight. That's how they allowed Abby to workout in the gym while her leg was injured. It can reduce your supported weight to as little as 20%. Must be ungodly expensive but pretty neat technology.

I don't mind Liz.

I wasn't a fan of Tracey, but she did really well post-elimination. Good for her.

In some ways Liz is worse. She lies right to your face and then tells the confessional that she's doing it. Tracey was bad but clueless while Liz knows exactly what she is doing.

I think she did well but based on watching her run, I can't imagine her doing 26 miles in less than two months.

I think most of Liz's nastiness stemmed from her Tracey hatred.

I am glad to see Tracey at home. She made horrible game decisions. Her family seemed very nice though, so I would assume she is a little different when not in the game.

Most of them did pretty well this week.

I am soooooo glad she is finally gone. Good for her doing so well after elimination. Her crazy eyes will never go away, though, no matter how much weight she's lost.

I couldn't stand Tracey on the show, but I did like her family. They seemed very loving and close.

It is good she is still losing the weight. It is amazing the confidence that gives people.

Shay is closing in on the 100 pounds. But with so much more to lose, I am guessing she may be a return contestant next year.

I'm also glad Tracey is gone.

But I have to say that I'm incredibly impressed, and surprised, at how well she's done at home on her own. And her kids are adorable, and it's so sweet how supportive they seem to be of her. Finding time to work out with four young kids can't be easy.

Who thought it was a good idea to show up at the White House in t-shirts and shorts? I know they want the contestants to wear their BL colors and all, but they looked like slobs. Only Alison appeared to be dressed appropriately. Bob put on a tie, but he couldn't manage to tuck his shirt in.

I agree they weren't really dressed well. As for Bob, sadly the whole shirt tails out thing has invaded men's wear just as it has women's for years.

Once I saw how they all were dressed, I figured they weren't going to see the Obamas. They got to pick vegetables, go through the "servants" entrance and make a salad, with a chefs assistant. They could have at least met Michelle in her garden. Isn't healthy eating one of her FLOTUS things?

Glad to see Tracey is gone, but she is doing great at home.

Ding dong the witch is dead! Which old witch? The wicked witch!

bwahahahahaha

I always watch BL semi-live, so I was able to watch the Leno show that aired right after with Tracey as a guest. As much as I despise her, I have to give her this - she looked amazing!

I think Bob looks like even more of a dork when he tries to dress up.

Anyone know when they were in D.C.? Living here in the area I'm surprised I didn't hear anything about it or see it happening. I guess the people who were there for the workout in front of the monument lost some of the drama about who got eliminated so far.

I am liking Rudy more and more every week. Glad Tacey is gone, but also glad she is doing well at home. Shay still annoys the crap out of me.

I kept yelling at the tv why I didn't know they were here!! When they were in front of the WH and Rebecca and Rudy did their competition that was RIGHT IN FRONT of my work. There was no way that was done weekday, there would have been lots of security around and crowds. Also, when they were at the Washington Monument, if that were weekday they would have had crowds of people playing ball all around.

FLOTUS will be on Iron Chef in January with one of her chefs and they will be promoting some stuff about childhood obesity.

I knew they'd dump Tracy the first chance they got. That's gotta be some of the worst game play I've ever seen. All in the name of "competition" but very misguided AND short sighted. She can't be all that bad with a family like that. I'm guessing the crazy eyed woman we saw on TV wasn't her true self day to day. Gotta give her props for getting in such good shape at home. I kind of thought she would, but it's nice to see it actually happen.

Now the show starts to get really interesting... I'm gonna have to pick a fave pretty soon here...

Oh, and Tracy didn't really bother me, I kinda liked her this week. Now Liz, she can get off my tv now. I can't believe she won. She must've gotten one big group of tours all at once. I thought it was pretty clever of Allen to ask the Brotherhood. I wish they had won and I woulda liked them all getting Subway and getting to know each other. Liz is never gonna see those people again!

I thought Tracy would probably get down to 175-180 or so, but wow, was I surprised how well she did. She really did look good.

It seemed to me that they show the contestants working out soooo hard and that they're getting into such great shape, but their one mile around the monument gardens was not impressive at all! I can see maybe after a 5k,but only a mile?

I was surpirsed they stayed at the Four Seasons Georgetown, that's waaay across town. The J.W. Mariott and the Crown Plaza are all within walking distance of the mall.

I was really rooting for Allen in that challenge also. Very cool that he thought to find the nearest (good thing it was pretty nearby I suppose) fire station.
