How long after "end of service" the service actually ends ?

I had my 3 year plan ending 10/06 but everything is still working on my S3. I want to put it on Ebay but wonder how long I still have to wait to be sure nothing else is on my account. Is there any sort of "grace period" ? I have already asked Tivo to terminate the service several months ago. Thanks.

Same here sold as S2 a year ago I guess the guy who bought it from ebay either never registered it and used it for parts or cause its still there when I log into my tivo account..

If you didn't cancel your subscription then I believe TiVo will auto renew it and it will not end. If you did cancel it will stop working when the unit runs out of guide data which should be in two weeks or less.

You'll typically get a few extra days before the cancellation makes its way through all the TiVo central machines, and then some extra time for guide data (other features may end earlier). But there is no policy or set pattern that anybody knows about, at least that I've seen reported here.
