Program Guide Problems with OTA DTV

So, I just got my Series 3 HD box (the regular size one, not the XL) and put my old Series 2 in another room.

I have Charter, and have an appt tomorrow to install the Cablecard, however, I got everything hooked up and ran Guided Setup as recommended.

I currently have my cable (RF) in the cable in on the back of the TiVo box, and my OTA DTV antenna hooked up in the Antenna in. Ran the channel search, all the channels are there (obviously not the digitals yet), but here's the issue:

The Program Guide cuts off anytime it hits an OTA DTV channel (e.g. 3-2), and I cannot scroll through the guide past that point. I can change the channel by entering channel 4, then the guide will display from 3-2 to the next DTV channel (15-1). Also, I cannot change the channel using the channel up or down button though the different "sub" channels of the OTA DTV broadcast (from 3-1 to 3-2).

Anyone experienced this? Is there some setting I'm missing? I looked through all the settings, or so I thought, and can't find anything, nor have I been able to find any others with this issue. It's not the end of the world, but Charter has not picked up all the local sub-channels on their digital, so I'll be missing a couple of them. But, if using both digital and OTA breaks the guide, I'll have to delete them - it's really annoying.

Thanks for any help or ideas.

Did you run guided setup again and chose cable and antenna?
