Folders Missing?

I just noticed last week that folders that Tivo use to create are no longer there. Example lf I had a show scheduled to record and it came on 3 time a week Tivo would put them in a folder it created I don’t believe I done anything to make that happen. So last week I noticed it’s not creating any folders for the same show. Did I do anything or did they take that away? I have a Tivo HD

While looking at you Now Playing List, press the 2 button on your remote once. Did the folders return?

Thanks for your reply, at this time my now playing list is empty but will be filled at the end of the week

Additionally you can enter the sorting menu but pressing the ENTER button on your remote while viewing the Now Playing List. This will bring you to a screen to toggle - Folders (on/off) and List Sort (Alphabetically/Date).

As mentioned above "2" will toggle folders on/off, and "1" will sort Alphabetically or by date recorded.

Thanks for the suggestions that worked I must have hit 2 somehow when I was in there, thanks again

i was going to make a post but im glad i searched first.
i lost all my folders after an update i think but im glad
it was so easy to bring them back! thanks a ton bud!

The info you'd need is right there on your TV screen.
Right at the bottom of the screen (not the bottom of the list) of the now playing list it says something about pressing enter to change how things are sorted.
