It should work fine, BitbyBlit -- sorry to hear you had trouble. I do this all the time myself, and it shouldn't matter how many items you order at once.
If you go to TiVo Central -> To Do List -> View Recording History, is there an error for one of the two items listed there?
Either way, can you please e-mail me (estephen@tivo.com) your TiVo Service Number from System Information?
