Tivo Desktop - Tivo can see PC but not vice versa

I'm using Tivo Desktop 2.7. I've managed to get my PC to see my TivoHD, so I can copy recordings to my PC. The problem is the Tivo can't see the PC. I've tried disabling the firewall, verifying that music and photos are shared, updated the service from Apple (can't remember the name) and still no luck. I've tried pointing the Tivo at the PC using "Manually Configure a Server" and it doesn't see it at the appropriate IP address. Any thoughts?

Try restarting your Tivo desktop server. The software appears to be somewhat unstable and needs to be restarted regularly.

Yeah I've done that multiple times. I've tried after multiple reboots as well.

That happens to me sometimes. I have found that restarting my router and/or modem helps.
