What's the worst show you regularly watch?

No fair picking things that you're in the room when someone in your family is watching it. Is there anything you watch regularly without a good reason as to why?

For me, it's "Sports Soup." Every joke just flops and dies... but the clips themselves can be just entertaining enough that I don't delete the pass.

+1 What a train wreck that show is. But I can't look away.

I also sometimes watch Cheaters and Blind Date if I happen upon them. I always feel like I have to take a shower afterwards.

It was "Smallville" but I finally broke the habit. Now it's "Heroes".

Real Housewives, Rock of Love, Tool Academy or any of that other garbage my daughter tapes. I have no idea why I stick around when she starts playing them.

I'm sticking with Monk until it is done, but these last few episodes have been total snooze fests.
As far as a guilty pleasure- American Idol.

Now that Knight Rider is gone, I'll have to declare a tie between Smallville and 90210.

If it is a regular show, Dancing with the Stars (want to see how Woz does).

Do shows I stream from Netflix count? I introduced my wife, almost as a joke, to Buck Rogers in the 25th Century. She's a younger than I am, so didn't see it when it first aired 30 (woah!) years ago. She's now a bit hooked, and we watch and laugh, sometimes uncontrollably, at the goofiness.

Gotta be American Idol this season. I just can't get into it and regularly watch it taped instead of live.

Chalk up another one for Desperate. We haven't even watched last week's episode -- and, yes, we know what happens in that episode, and still haven't made time to watch it.

Smallville (with the exception of this week's weak episode) has been quite strong recently. Heroes showed signs this past week, now that Fuller is in charge.

Dancing is what it is -- a reality show, not better or worse than the others. The pros (both the dancers and the band) make it worth it for me. Most of the talking in-between is skipped anyway.

ER.

Only in it still because I like to finish what I start. I have 7 episodes waiting for me. Thank God it's almost over. It will probably be summer before I finish, cuz just about all other shows I watch get higher priority.
