Started receiving messages that my Series 2 guide information was running out. My last successful update was jan 28 2009. I have used a wireless connection for several years with no issues. Each time I try to connect to Tivo it connects then during the download I get a "download interrupted" error.
I switched to phone connection and the same thing occurs, during the download portion I get a "call interrupted" error.
I have called Tivo Tech support 4 times. They all get stuck on the network side of it. I know it's not a network issue sine I can connect to the network and even see my other Tivo on the network. Not to mention that I get the same error when I use the phone line. So the 2 connection problems seem to be related.
Does anyone have any ideas on what to try now?
