New email = no Rhapsody ???
I recently changed the email address that is associated with my Rhapsody account. Now, every time I try to access Rhapsody through the TiVo, I get an error saying that no such account exists because it's still trying to connect using my old email address. How do I reset my Rhapsody account information so I can start using the service again?

You have to go into your TIVO Rhapsody account and change your email address to the new correct one on your TiVo.

The only problem is that it tries to log you onto Rhapsody BEFORE getting to the menu. Therefore, how do we make changes?

Same issue with Rhapsody password change
I am having the same issue. Anyone find a way to reset the email account associated with Rhapsody on Tivo?

Your username should appear in the appropriate field. Press “Enter password” and then press “Select”.

unfortunately, it doesn't give the chance to see options on my system at the rhapsody section.... frustrating, really.

I have the same problem. No one seems to have an answer...Tivo directs me to Rhapsody & Rhapsody directs me to Tivo...hmmmm. I just want to listen to my music! Can anyone help us?

Is it possible to change your email back to the old address in your Rhapsody account? If so you could do that, then sign out on the TiVo, then change it back to the new address.
I agree you shouldn't have to do that, but it might work around the problem.

I don't think it can be as simple as that since my paid subscription is associated with my new email address but I'll give it a try. Thanks!

That's precisely how I had to do it. This method definitely works, it's just a pain in the a**!
