It DOES write the temp file to the directory where the new file ultimately ends up so, that's not the problem; it must be some other file it's writing to some other directory. Since all the entries in the configuration point to the same place I can't figure out what this could be. Besides it used to work! And I don't remember making any changes to file permissions. I increased the allowed size of the log file, but that didn't help. Any ideas?
Sounds like a Windows installation? if yes, Windows 7, 8, 10 or other?
Is kmttg installed under \program files or program files (x86)? Windows starting getting picky about directory permissions. If so, move kmttg directory elsewhere.
Is data being written to the log file?
Open command prompt, enter "set temp", can you write files to the location referenced by the temp variable? Some of the kmttg job scripts write to the temp directory.
