How to get version 9.4 on one of my tivo's

So I have 3 tivo's. 2 of them have had the 9.4 version update for quite sometime. My daughter was just telling me hers doesn't have youtobe. I went and checked her tivo and sure enough it's not there. I checked which version she has and it's the 9.3 or whatever. We restarted the tivo, didn't do anything. Checked the network connection, everything was good. Connected to the tivo service (the last successful connection was yesterday), still no update.
Any ideas?

What model is your daughters TiVo?

I believe 9.4 is only for TiVoHD and S3 models. If she has an S2 then 9.3 is the most up to date version number. YouTube cannot be played on S2 units due to hardware limitations.

It's only available on Series 3 or HD TiVos (which are already moving on to 11.0, BTW).

Ah! Ok, that would explain it. Hers is a series 2.
