Thumbs up DTV & Tivo Reup

I received a "message" this morning (9/18/08) via my DirecTV stating "we are glad to announce that DirecTV & TIVO have agreed to work together for the foreseeable future" or words to that affect. It also had this bit of wit..."good news , you will be able to continue to use your TIVO Series2 recorder with DTV."

Seems like there's always rumors re DTV & TIVO parting ways so this was good news direct from the source(s).

Not to mention that I'd already ordered a hdd upgrade for my trusty Hughes DVR80 !
